Diplomatic relations between the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Croatia were established on 8 July, 1994.

Nomination of the Armenian Ambassador to the Republic of Croatia is pending.

On 19 May, 2009, Mrs. Vesna Cvetkovic-Kurelec, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Croatia to the Republic of Armenia presented her credentials to Serzh Sargsyan, the President of the Republic of Armenia (residence in Athens).
