The Austrian Space Forum (OeWF) has selected Armenia as the host country for the simulation of the analog mission to Mars. The AMADEE24 exercises are scheduled for March 2024. As part of the simulation, the international crew will undergo a month-long training on a rocky high plateau, bearing resemblance to the plateaus on Mars in various aspects. This marks the 14th simulation conducted by the OeWF, aimed at testing technologies for future Mars missions.
