A commemoration event dedicated to the memory of the victims of the Armenian Genocide in Bratislava

On April 24, a commemortaion event dedicated to the memory of the victims of the Armenian Genocide took place in Bratislava.

At the khachkar memorial to the victims of the Armenian Genocide, Rev. Fr. Andreas Isakhanyan performed a commemoration ceremony for the canonized martyrs.

H.E. Armen Papikyan, Ambassador of Armenia to Slovakia, delivered a speech. Ambassador Papikyan and Bagrat Hakobyan, Honorary Consul of Armenia in Bratislava, laid wreaths at the khachkar memorial.

The event was attended by members of the Slovak Parliament, ambassadors accredited to Slovakia and high-ranking diplomats, representatives of the Armenian community.
