Meeting of Deputy Foreign Minister of the Republic of Armenia Mnatsakan Safaryan with the Vice-President of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly

On November 24, Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia Mnatsakan Safaryan received Luís Graça, Vice-President of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly.

During the meeting, the agreements reached between Armenia and Azerbaijan in Washington on August 8 of the current year were touched upon, emphasizing that the establishment of peace creates opportunities for the stability and prosperity of the entire region.

The sides stressed the role of parliamentary diplomacy in further strengthening peace, building trust and addressing humanitarian issues.

The parties also exchanged views on enhancing the role of the OSCE in addressing the existing issues within the OSCE area of responsibility.
