On 28 January, Ambassador Andranik Hovhannisyan, Chair of the United Nations Commission on Narcotic Drugs, delivered a video message to the Coordination Segment of the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) in New York.

In his statement, Ambassador Hovhannisyan highlighted the Commission’s efforts to translate global commitments into coordinated, cross-sectoral actions in support of achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.
